31st August to 4th September: Village Arbor Week
National Arbor Week is an opportune time to call on all South Africans to plant indigenous trees as a practical and symbolic gesture of sustainable environmental management.

4th September: National Wildlife Day
Wildlife isn't just about animals, but also about nature. Take this day to go for a hike or a camping trip and try to escape the busy city life and connect with the nature around you for a bit, exploring the great outdoors.

8th September: National Grandparents Day
We encourage all of you to cherish this day and reach out to your families to share some of your worldly knowledge so that we can be a stronger generation from your experiences.
