HNA Physiotherapy and Physiotherapy @ Home would like to extend a Basic Standing Exercise Program to our residents together with eight easy to follow videos that can be downloaded to ensure that you can move and excerice until the end of lockdown on 30 April, in the comfort of your home.

During the lockdown, residents can engage in these programmes to keep their limbs moving.  This will make sure that you are developing cardiovascular movement and avoiding medical complications to maintain independence.  We thank HNA Physiotherapy, who will be will be sending out more exercises next week for distribution to add value to your lives and health.
