Gentle exercise to keep you fit

Please find attached the list of seated exercises which are safe and pose a low risk for residents. I have attached a PDF document with some exercise you can do in the safety of your home..

Some of the exercise require a ‘theraband’. If any residents would like to purchase any then please let us know. We can arrange for them to get it delivered for you.

HNA are working on compiling some video exercises and will put these on the whatasapp group as soon as we get it.
