Following various requests, we are pleased to announce that we have investigated options to replace the current halogen down lighters in your unit with LED fittings as a cost saving exercise to you, our resident.  Some of the benefits include:
-           The most energy efficient, the cleanest and most eco-friendly way of illumination is LED lighting.
-           LED energy saving light bulbs have a longer lifetime.
-           Uses up to 80% less energy than traditional sources.
-           Significant energy savings when it comes to maintenance and replacement of light bulbs.
-           LED lights are free of toxic chemicals.
-           100% recyclable, and will help you to reduce your carbon footprint by up to a third.
-           LED lights can switched on and off frequently and without affecting the LED's lifetime or light emission.
