        Dear Resident

A Group Tone and Balance class will be held here on Thursday, 28 February at 10am run by Claire. A demo day (free morning) will be held to gauge interest with a view to booking a regular time for a class for our residents. I encourage you to try it out, have some fun in a safe secure environment.
