        Dear Resident

Project Development Update:

Houses: The civil work component and setting out of the houses has been completed. The foundation brick work is now underway.
Apartments: The demolition work has been completed. The final tree felling work will be done by tomorrow. The excavation/earthworks will start tomorrow and should completed in approximately fifteen days.
