[Melrose Arch Tenant] Production Schedule SADV - Amasing Race

        Dear Tenant,

Please take note of the amazing race hosted by SADV ( South African Digital Villages) for their staff, tomorrow.

Friday 11 October 2019
SADV is hosting a private amazing race event for 300 staff members. The Square, Piazza and Green basement will be utilised as stop stations. Floor plan attached for your reference
8h30 - Set up on the square 2 Gazebo's and feather banners. Piazza 2 Gazebo's and feather banners are cable tied to existing picket fence on the piazza
10h.30- Set up in the Green Basements, parking bay KB07-KB10 & KC07-KC10 will be utilised
9h30- Elements load in
11h30- The event will start at the SADV office where employees will be separated into teams. The teams will rotate between each stop station. Please see attached is image for referencing
16h30-  Team will strike all elements.
