        Dear Tenant

We have recently been experiencing a problem with illegal parking at B2 (tenant basement) , in areas where there are no allocated parking bays, or cars parked in bays for long periods of time.

Please note that in such cases, cars will be clamped and a fine of R500 will be levied to unclamp the car.

All parking bays in the tenant basements are unreserved and parking is on a first come, first served basis.
(The only exception is the Bidvest parking bays - in basement 2 next to parking entrance 2, below their offices - that are reserved for Bidvest staff due to a long-standing contractual agreement.)

This means you may have to drive around to find an empty parking bay that may not be as close to your office/shop as you like but there are plenty of available bays for all Melrose Arch tenants.

You'll normally find a number of available parking bays on the northern sides of the green or blue basements.

No vehicle may be parked and left in a parking bay for longer than 48 hours. Such vehicles will be clamped and the driver will be fined. If the car remains there, it will be towed away.

Our aim is to make the parking as convenient and hassle-free as possible for all Melrose Arch tenants.
