<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">We have recently been experiencing a problem with illegal parking at B2 (tenant basement) , in areas where there are no allocated parking bays, or cars parked in bays for long periods of time.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:1.0in"><span lang="EN-ZA"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><u><span lang="EN-ZA">Please note that in such cases, cars will be clamped and a fine of R500 will be levied to unclamp the car</span></u><span lang="EN-ZA">.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in"><span lang="EN-ZA" style="font-family:Helvetica"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">All parking bays in the tenant basements are unreserved and parking is on a first come, first served basis.

<p class="MsoNormal"><i><span lang="EN-ZA">(The only exception is the Bidvest parking bays – in basement 2 next to parking entrance 2, below their offices – that are reserved for Bidvest staff due to a long-standing contractual agreement.)

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">This means you may have to drive around to find an empty parking bay that may not be as close to your office/shop as you like but there are plenty of available bays for all Melrose Arch tenants.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">You’ll normally find a number of available parking bays on the northern sides of the green or blue basements.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:1.0in"><span lang="EN-ZA"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-ZA">No vehicle may be parked and left in a parking bay for longer than 48 hours. Such vehicles will be clamped and the driver will be fined. If the car remains there, it will be towed away.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
