[Melrose Arch Tenant]

        Dear Tenant,

Walking on Sunshine, 5km Spring Walk:

Please take not that we have given permission to Smile Foundation and Hospice Wits to host the 3rd Walking on Sunshine Annual Event on the precinct .
The set-up will be done from 08h00 on the 1st September and the event will commence with race collection and final registrations on the 2nd September 2017 09h00-14h00 on the Square and the event takes place from 08h00 on 3rd September 2017.
The following road will be closed: High street, Both One Way Lanes of Melrose Boulevard (next to JB's Corner), Whitely Road with both The Square and the Piazza being activated
The setup will comprise of race collection, water points, start and finish line, fun day experience with kids entertainment.
The objective of the activation is to walk for a cause.
Mpumalanga Traditional Art Market:

Please take not that we have given permission to Mpumalanga Traditional Art Market to  host the Mpumalanga Traditional Art Market within the Tent at Melrose Arch.
The set-up will be done by the 1st September 2017 and the closed event will commence from 08h00 - 21h00 on the 2nd and the 3rd September 2017.
No roads will be closed for the set up, strike or duration of the event.
The setup will comprise of a food truck in the parking bays closest to the tent, cocktail and cinema style seating within the tent as well as artists and entertainers within the tent for the proceedings.
The objective of the activation is to appreciate and build awareness for the non profit and traditional Ndebele artists with the Mpumalanga Traditional Art Market community.
