        Dear all,

Please take note of the following for Thursday evening, 6th April 2017 between 18:00 and 23:00

A company called MMPA will be conducting a series of sound tests in the open land East of Boulevard.
There will be 7 tests for approximately 15 minutes each.
There will be two songs played and two speeches played.
The dB level will be approx. 110dB.
Below is a photograph of the projected areas that will be affected – including the Precinct.
