[Melrose Arch Tenant] EVENT SET-UP AND ROAD CLOSURE - Piazza - Entertainment during month of April

[Melrose Arch Tenant]

        Dear tenant,

Please note that we have granted permission to Velvet Crooners http://www.classicfm.co.za/events/melrose-arch-events/the-velvet-crooners ,
to perform on the Piazza every Saturday and Sunday during the month of April, starting this Saturday 8th April.

The load in of set-up elements will commence from Thursday evening, 6th April.
The set-up will commence Friday, 7th April  from 7am, as follows

-          A stage similar to the image below will be erected against the hoarding at x-Grand Central. ( incl. trussing, water containers and canopy) - for the duration of the month

-          Astro Turf will be placed on the Piazza area - for the duration of the month

-          The Jumping Castels will be set-up on Whitely Road behind the screen on Saturday morning -  every Sat & Sun during April

NOTE:   Sound check will take place 11h30am on Saturday for half hour ( every Sat, unless otherwise scheduled)
                Whitely Road will be closed every Sat 6am  & Sun 6pm in April
                One on Whitely will activate next to Rocomamas / against the cotravision every Sat & Sun in April
