        Dear Resident,

A reminder of a few upcoming events and celebrations:


*         July month our big focus is on giving, specifically in remembrance of Nelson Mandela.
          We are asked to contribute 67 minutes of our time on this day, 18 July every year, in
          commemoration of his birth date in 1918. We have made it so much easier for you,
          just drop off R67.00 at reception and we will do the rest. See attached poster.


*         Our health talk this month is on Dementia, by our very own Dr. Guin Lourens. See

poster attached, please inform reception for seating purposes. Tuesday 18th



*         Friday 21 July we celebrate our annual 'Christmas in July' dinner. We have a fantastic

excellent valued menu available with music by DJ Ernie. Please book with Nikki, limited

seating available.



*         Tomorrow evening the ever popular Quiz Night, make up a team or simply join one.


*         Wednesday 19th morning Bible study in the boardroom and in the afternoon the bi-weekly
Dementia support group, also in the boardroom.


*         Bingo at 3pm on Thursday 20th in the lifestyle center, join in the fun and win some fabulous

prizes.
