[Evergreen Muizenberg] Levy statement and Debit Order delay

        Dear Resident,



I regret to inform you that the levy statements are going to be delayed this month, they will only be

generated on the 10th of October with the Debit Orders running on 12 October 2022.



We have not applied any increase yet to levies and therefore this debit order will still reflect your

current levy. The new levies will be loaded in October, back dated to 1 September and will appear

on the levy statements issued at October 2022 month end.



Please refer to the communication sent 28 August detailing the levy increase percentage and an

explanation of how future levies are to be determined..



We sincerely apologise for this delay and disruption, I can assure you that our teams are doing

their utmost to resolve this matter to make sure it does not happen again.
