[Evergreen Muizenberg] Management staff changes in the Care Centre

[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident,

It is with sadness that I inform you that Yolanda Wilson, our Nursing Services Manager
will be leaving us at the end of July.
We have got to know Yolanda as a person who is passionate and hard-working and will
leave our care centre as a much 'better place'.

She will be handing the reigns over to Cecile O'Neil, a very capable replacement with some
great experience. Cecile has 20 plus years of experience as a nurse, operations manager and
product specialist, specialising in training and mentoring newly qualified nurses and healthcare workers.
Over the last four years Cecile has been working at Hospicare Frail Care as the Group Nursing
Operations manager overseeing three national facilities.

Cecile's experience includes facility based geriatric frail care in all aspects. Non-geriatric sub-acute,
post operative and rehabilitation. She has also experience in palliative care and respite care amongst
others.

Please join us in welcoming Cecile to our village and wishing her the best in her new role as Nursing Services Manager.
