[Evergreen Muizenberg] IMPORTANT Booster Vaccination date

[Evergreen Muizenberg]

        Dear Resident,


We have received confirmation from the Department of Health and our Evergreen Health

that booster vaccinations will be available from the second half of January 2022.



These booster vaccinations are available to all residents and staff. The simple criteria to have

the booster is that it must be at least six months after your last vaccination, for the majority

of you that is the 2nd Pfizer vaccination, or in some rare cases those who had the first J&J

vaccination (please indicate if this was the case when you call to book)



The Evergreen Health vaccination team will be with us on Thursday 20 January 2022.



Please call reception to indicate if you would like this booster vaccination. You have until

Tuesday 11th January to let us know, we need to place our order by them.



We will again give you a time to be in the life style centre on the day



Stay safe and hydrated, we have a hot weekend ahead of us.
