        Dear Resident,

In a world where fraud & theft is on the rise is a reality wherever we go.
In our continued endeavour to be more efficient and to protect both residents and staff
we are no longer accepting cash payments for pre-paid purchases at reception; i.e. Electricity, Data, Airtime, etc.
This will be implemented immediately.

We thank you for your understanding and co-operation in this regard.

Some reminders of activities / talks for the rest of August, don't forget to diarise and book accordingly.
