        REVISED LEVEL 1 LOCKDOWN REGULAIONS - EVERGREEN LIFESTYLE VILLAGES

VILLAGE ACCESS

  *   Screening and Access Control remain in place for all non-residents entering the village.
  *   Wearing of masks remain compulsory for anyone entering the village.
  *   Contractors passes will be issued to every individual entering the village.
VISITORS

  *   Controlled visitations by members of the public is allowed and each resident is requested,
as a courtesy to please notify security prior to visitors arriving. Residents are also expected to keep record of their visitors
tracing purposes should the need arise.
CONTRACTORS - Due to finalisation of protocols access will be allowed from Monday 8 March 2021

  *   It is recommended that non-essential internal work be limited as far as possible to avoid

unnecessary contact with contractors.

  *   All scheduled work must be shared with Village Management prior to work commencing to

arrange for Contractor Protocols to be shared with contractors and access approved.

  *   Emergency and essential repairs will continue under the same guidelines currently in place.
  *   Contractors must avoid loitering in common areas within the village in any way.
  *   Residents will be required to maintain and manage safe distancing between themselves and workers at all times.
  *   Work areas must be sanitized during and on completion of work.
LIFESTYLE CENTRE

  *   Social distancing to be followed at all times.
  *   Sanitizing before and after activities and interest groups will remain in place.
  *   Residents visiting the Lifestyle Centre on a social basis are required to screen & sanitise upon arrival.
  *   The gym only allows for limited residents at a time and sanitizing before & after use is compulsory.
  *   All protocols currently in place for groups and activities remain in place.
  *   Groups must be limited and will be dictated by the size of the venue and to a maximum of 50% of the allowed capacity.
  *   The social calendar will be in line with what can be allowed safely and within Level 1 regulations.
DOMESTIC / GARDEN SERVICES

  *   Evergreen domestic and garden services will resume to normal & schedules will be followed.
  *   Private domestic workers and gardeners are allowed to resume work in the village.
  *   Daily screening and temperature checks must be adhered to upon entry.
  *   Any new domestics or gardeners must be registered before starting work in the village.
GENERAL

  *   Clinic - Appointments to be made with the nurse on duty and they will visit you in your unit.

	Authority to Contract 
No agreement binding the company will come into effect unless reduced to writing and signed by a duly authorised director of the company.
