Dear Residents

RE DELAY IN CONVENING OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: EVERGREEN MUIZENBERG

We hope and trust that you and your respective families are safe, fit and healthy during this unprecedented
time that we currently find ourselves in.


Given that we are all required to adhere to the national regulations as laid out by the South African Government,
specifically the prohibition of large gatherings of persons, it is currently not permitted to convene the
Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which by its very nature would require a large gathering of persons and will
be in contravention of the regulations currently in place.


At present, it is uncertain when large gatherings of persons will be allowed again.


In the circumstances, kindly be advised that we will only be in a position to convene the AGM once the regulations
regarding large gatherings permits same and it is safe to attend such meetings.


We will keep you informed in this regard, until then, please take care of yourself and your loved ones.
