[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Dear Residents,

I would like to thank everyone for taking the time to complete the maintenance snag lists and sharing them with me.

To streamline assessments of snags reported and starting the process as quickly as possible we will be doing gutter cleaning from Monday 21 September. It should take us 3 days to complete all houses. While this is being done all recent roof repairs and external snags reported will be assessed. Unfortunately the shingles for permanent repairs has not yet reached our shores (confirmation by importer).

Internal work required will be scheduled with individual residents starting in the next 2 weeks. All outstanding and newly reported repairs on aluminium doors and windows along with work done by outside contractors will be assessed and work schedules shared thereafter.

Please feel free to contact me directly if anyone does not want the team to access their yards for the work scheduled for next week or if you have any questions.
