[Evergreen Lake Michelle]

        Dear Residents,

I hope you are all well and enjoying the great weather.

The Department of Co-Operative Governance and Traditional Affairs published the below noted revised Regulations of the National Lockdown declared in terms of the Disaster Management Act 57 of 2002 on 11 September 2020.
In terms of Section 11 the said Regulations, visits by members of the public to older persons' facilities are now permitted subject to certain protocols being implemented - see below extract in this regard:

In view of the fact that the Regulations now allow for visitations by members of the public to our Village, we request that you continue to take all precautions currently in place to keep yourself and fellow residents safe.
Protocols for contractor and supplier to enter the village remains in place and prior notice is required. Lake Michelle residents will under the new regulations also be permitted into the village to partake in all activities and make use of the facilities under
the same guidelines as Noordhoek residents.

The electronic licence scanning process for visitors and contractors entering the village has also been reinstated to ensure we remain as secure as ever within the village even with increased movement. Please note that all visitor
and contractors entering the Village will still be subjected to a screening questionnaire and symptom check upon entering the Village.
