Dear Residents

Eskom have implemented Stage 2 load shedding and the City of Cape Town have implemented Stage 1 load shedding.  This means our area (area 8) may be out between 16h00 - 18h30 today.

Please take note of the following : our sewer system relies on electrical pumps and during a power outage there may be chance of the system overloading. We therefore remind all residents that should load shedding occur, to avoid excessive water usage if at all possible.

Please avoid flushing the loo or showering while there is no electricity.

We have attached the schedule and the link for further information regarding the load shedding (we are area 8):
