[Evergreen Diep River]

        Dear Resident



I am pleased to inform you that we have an Evergreen Refurbishment Team, led by Sarief Fredericks on site. His team will commence the internal unit repairs of those that have been reported to Management, next week Monday, 7th August.



We would like to work floor by floor and so will commence at the top and have scheduled repair work to start on the third-floor units and move down to the first-floor units.



We have already scheduled the first unit that needs work done and the team will start here which should take around 5 days. Sarief will call on you next week to schedule your specific repairs thereafter, and will inform you how long the job should take and when they will be able to start in your unit.



We envisage that the Refurb Team will be on site for a few weeks. They are easily identifiable by their white overalls. We have briefed them to start by 9am each morning as there may be noise and dust. They will end their day at around 5pm.



It is also confirmed that we will get Highpoint on site to take care of the common areas including the Bistro, Pool Area, Recreation Lounge, Clinic, Sky Lounge and Admin Office as well as all passages and fire escapes. I expect them to be here by mid- August.

More details will be provided nearer the time and arrangements made to accommodate everyone to ensure that the repairs are completed as soon as possible.
