Dear Residents,

GARAGE DOOR Servicing

I have made an arrangement with Adams Doors to come and service your garage doors.

We need to establish who would like their garage doors serviced, once we have sufficient number of units that would like this done we will then make arrangements for Adams Doors to come to site and carry out the service.

The service fee will be R450.00 excluding VAT per unit - this service includes the checking of the following:

*         Door
Spring tension, Door level, Alignment of Door / Channels, Hanging brackets on sectional door, hinges loose / replace screws with bigger when stripped, Wheels Worn, Cables.
Door travel /top/bottom?

*         Automation
Battery remote & Battery for battery backup motor, Limit Switches, Lubrication, Light working, carriage broken check, check PC Board, Remotes check

NOTE: This does NOT include any replacement parts or replacement batteries.

An indication of the cost of replacing the following:
The below items are the most commonly replaced items on garage doors.
Replacement of batteries: R525.00excl.(depending on the motor and what batteries it uses).
Replacement of pulleys: R79.90excl. each.
Replacement of cables: R120.00excl. each.
The service fee and any additional charges will be billed to your levy account.

Payment will have to be made directly to Adams Doors, they will have a Credit Card machine on site. Payment can be made via Credit Card or Debit Card.

Please let reception know ASAP if you would like your garage door serviced, either by email or call reception on Ext 1200.
