[Evergreen Broadacres]

        Dear Resident

I am enclosing a workbook that a colleague has developed.  I think it would be a wonderful project for anybody to do and she thought it would be a great activity to offer our residents.

It is fun, creative and can be a great calming exercise - it also has some mindfulness practices in it - try it for yourselves!
