[Evergreen Broadacres]

        Dear Residents,

In the age old business saying "If you can't measure it, you can't improve it" it was recently agreed with the village Managing Committee meeting to introduce a short
questionnaire in order for us to receive your feedback on the day to day experience within the village. These questionnaires will be rolled out quarterly.

The questionnaire will be printed and hand delivered to your unit by one of our Village Employees. Should you not be available we will leave it in your pigeon hole.

Please be so kind as to complete your questionnaire with your general experience within the village for the time period 1 January 2019 to 31 March 2019.

Please then return your questionnaire, in the envelope provided, by no later than 23 April 2019 to the Reception desk.

Once we have collated all the responses, we will then use this as a baseline for future projects and work within the village.
