<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Helvetica","sans-serif"">questionnaire in order for us to receive your feedback on the day to day experience within the village. These questionnaires will be rolled out quarterly.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family:"Helvetica","sans-serif"">The questionnaire will be printed and hand delivered to your unit by one of our Village Employees. Should you not be available we will leave it in your pigeon hole.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
