[Rasp] Changes to timing of RASP Beta forecasts

I have also added an extra day (Z2+5) to the Z2 models. I have been 
using this run for development runs, but I have set it to be published 
for the moment.

There are a few tweaks to the default view on the Java viewer screen.

Next step is to setup a separate map server as we are still piggy 
backing off the UK one and that is under notice to get switched off...
