[Rasp] RASP Beta Data Files Not Updating

Hi all

Perhaps you're already aware, but just in case: I've noticed that the RASP
beta graphical interface updates; however, the data files are only updated
for today's forecast, and those for tomorrow and beyond are not being
updated.
