Dear Tenants,

Please note the below update received from City Power regarding the current power outage affecting Melrose Arch and surrounding areas.

Outage Update: Alexandra SDC
Date: 19 May 2026

Cydna Substation: Operators are currently on site investigating the loss of supply affecting customers at Melrose Arch and surrounding areas.

Further developments will be communicated as updates become available.

City Power remains committed to restoring electricity supply to all affected customers as safely and efficiently as possible.

Generators remain operational within the precinct where applicable.
