[Melrose Arch Tenant] Notice: Roadworks at Melrose Boulevard Intersections

[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenants,

Please be advised of the following scheduled roadworks within the precinct:

Roadworks at the corner of Melrose Boulevard and Whiteley Road will commence on 05 May 2026 at 08:00. This will affect the southbound lane between Whiteley Road and Parking Entrance 1. To maintain traffic flow, the northbound lane (from Parking Entrance 1 to Whiteley Road) will be temporarily converted into a dual carriageway, accommodating both northbound and southbound traffic.

Simultaneously, roadworks will take place at the intersection of Melrose Boulevard and High Street. This will impact the southbound lane between Crescent Drive and High Street. Similarly, the northbound lane (from High Street to Crescent Drive) will be reconfigured into a dual carriageway to allow traffic movement in both directions.

The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing stormwater drainage system. The project will be executed in two phases (approximately 16 days per side—southbound followed by northbound), with an estimated total duration of 32 days, subject to weather and site conditions.

Upon completion, all affected intersections will be fully reopened to traffic.

Kindly note the following during the construction period:

• Delays and detours are to be expected
• Please make use of alternative routes and basement entrances/exits where necessary
• Adhere to all directional signage and instructions provided by flag personnel at all times
