[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Valued Tenants,

Please take note that Shift Espresso Bar will be hosting a Cyclist Race Challenge on Saturday. The purpose of the event is to increase brand exposure, encourage community engagement, and promote an active lifestyle within the precinct.

Approximately 30–40 cyclists will meet at Shift Espresso Bar for registration from 7:00 AM.

Their bicycles will be placed on the Piazza between 6:45 AM and 8:00 AM, and a dedicated security guard has been allocated to monitor this area.

The group will depart at 8:00 AM from the Piazza via Whiteley Gate, with a few riders expected to return to the precinct from 12:00 PM onwards.

Registration Area: Branded gazebo by Shift, next to the entrance
Registration Time: From 7:00 AM
Event Time: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Additional Note: VSC will meet at Grind Coffee from 6:00 AM, where participants will gather before stretching on Whiteley Road. The group will then depart for their run at 7:30 AM.
