[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenants & Residents,
Melrose Arch will be hosting a Premier Viewing Experience tomorrow, 11 June 2026, featuring Fan Parks on both the Piazza and Square. We are delighted to be creating spaces that bring people together and foster a strong sense of community through this exciting event.
Setup for the viewing experience will commence at 09:00 and continue throughout the day.
Kindly note that a sound check will be conducted on the Piazza and Square screens between 16:00 and 17:00.
As part of the event, we are partnering with Cadbury for a special activation. As we all know, Cadbury is "Made to Share," and mystery photographers will be roaming the precinct throughout the day, capturing moments that showcase this theme. Please take note of their presence and feel free to encourage participation where appropriate.
All event operations will be managed in accordance with the highest operational, health, and safety standards. This includes strict access control measures, the deployment of dedicated safety officers, event security personnel, cleaning teams, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS), while ensuring the seamless operation of the broader precinct at all times.
