[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear all

Subject line for reference.

The Precinct will be commencing an upgrade of its access control system in the parking basements on the 2nd February 2026.
The upgrade is scheduled for completion on the 30th March 2026.

The upgrade includes both hardware and software.
The hardware upgrade includes but is not limited to new cabling and readers at the tenant and visitor basement entrance / exit booms across the Precinct i.e. the P1, P2, P3 and Virgin Active entrance / exits.

Note that the teams will be in the vicinity of the booms, and may at times be working overhead.
All necessary safety protocols will be in place including but not limited to safety signage.
Where you see said signage, please be aware that there will be a team working close by, be mindful as you enter  / exit the parking basement in that area.

The software upgrade will take place during this time, in the background, and will not affect your use of the parking basements.

We apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused.

NB: Residential buildings will not be affected.
