[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Valued Tenants,

We are currently experiencing water supply challenges due to Johannesburg Water maintenance at the pumping station since Monday.
Please note that contingencies have been implemented and an alternative water source has been procured to support the precinct during this period.

We kindly request that all tenants remain mindful of water consumption at this time, as our reserves are being carefully managed.

We will continue to keep you updated on Johannesburg Water's maintenance progress and advise once the situation has normalized.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
