[Melrose Arch Tenant] Notice – Breakfast Run Event (1 March 2026)

[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Valued Tenants,

Please be advised that Daytona will be hosting a Breakfast Run event from their premises on Sunday, 1 March 2026.

Participating vehicles will begin arriving from 07:00 AM, with all vehicles scheduled to depart the precinct by 08:00 AM.

All drivers have been formally briefed on site rules, including strict guidelines regarding:


·         No excessive revving

·         Noise control

·         Responsible driving and general conduct within the precinct

In addition, Daytona has coordinated with their internal security team as well as Bad Boyz Security to ensure the event is managed safely, smoothly, and with minimal disruption to tenants and residents.

Kindly take note of the above and ensure that your respective teams are informed accordingly.
