[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Subject line for reference.

The Precinct will be undertaking a major replacement project of three sets of escalators on The Square side of the Precinct.
The project is scheduled to commence on the 9th February, and completion is projected for the 15th August 2026.
The three sets of escalators are located at a) V-Section (between Mr. George and Cuisino restaurants), b) 20 Crescent Drive (between Bidvest Offices and Emirates) and c) 3 Melrose Square (Between Ghazal and Ocean Basket restaurants).

The replacement sequence is


  1.  V-section                  9 Feb to 30 April
  2.  20 Crescent Drive   9 April to 15 June
  3.  3 Melrose Square   8 June to 15 August

Please note that dates and time-lines are subject to change.

During each stage the affected area / s will be hoarded off and no access will be permitted whilst the decommissioning and replacement is in place.
This includes areas on the street level as well as in the basement.

Please advise all your staff, colleagues, visitors and service providers that for the duration of the project, access to street level from the affected basement locations will be limited to alternate locations and / or nearby elevators.

We apologies for any inconvenience caused.
