[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenants,
Please be advised that Melrose Arch has partnered with BYD to host a Premium Viewing Experience at the Piazza & Square this weekend for the Springboks vs All Blacks match.

As part of the BYD partnership, the following activations and arrangements will be in place:

22 August 2026 | Piazza & Square

  *   Viewing area opens: 15:00 - Restaurant bookings are mandatory.
  *   Match kick-off: 17:10
  *   A PA system and DJ will be operating at both locations.
  *   Guests can look forward to exciting prizes and giveaways throughout the experience.
22-23 August 2026| BYD Vehicle Display

  *   Three BYD display vehicles will be positioned on Lower High Street, between The Venue and Cuisino.
  *   One BYD display vehicle will be positioned on Slip & Cross Street.
  *   Strike scheduled for Monday morning.
22 August 2026 |Park & Ride Service
A Park & Ride service will operate from Melrose Arch to Ellis Park for the Springboks vs New Zealand match.

  *   Approximately 30 buses will operate on a rotational basis.
  *   The buses will depart from Melrose Arch at 13:00  to approximately 15:00.
  *   Following the match, buses will return supporters to Melrose Arch.
