[Melrose Arch Tenant] Mercedes-Benz CLA Launch & Activation | Melrose Arch Piazza | 19–22 August

Dear Tenants,

Please be advised that Mercedes-Benz will be hosting the launch of the new CLA at the Melrose Arch Piazza from Wednesday, 19 August to Saturday, 22 August 2026.

The activation will include two evening launch events as well as daytime lifestyle and test-drive activities.

Event Schedule:

  *   Tuesday, 18 August | From 18:00 – Production dry run / technical rehearsal
  *   19 & 21 August | 18:00–21:30 – Evening CLA Launch Events | closed to public
  *   20–22 August | 07:00–16:00 – Daytime Activations & CLA Test Drives | open to public
  *   Morning activities will include wellness/yoga and a coffee activation.

Please note that the event team will be conducting a dry run this evening from 18:00, which will include testing of the production, sound and technical elements ahead of the official launch.

The client has been advised of the maximum permitted sound level within the precinct, and the client has confirmed that they will remain within the prescribed limit throughout the dry run and event programme.

Please anticipate increased activity, vehicle movement, guests and production presence around the Piazza during this period.

All activities will be managed by the event and production teams to minimise disruption to normal precinct trading.

This is a high-profile brand activation and a great opportunity to bring additional visitors and energy into the precinct.
