[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Valued Tenants,

Please be advised of a planned power interruption at the Cydna Substation, as communicated by City Power.

The interruption is scheduled as follows:
Monday, 13 April 2026 – Wednesday, 15 April 2026
09:00 – 17:00 daily

Affected areas include parts of Riviera and surrounding areas.

Please note that while Melrose Arch may not be directly listed, this maintenance may have an indirect impact on the precinct. Tenants are encouraged to take the necessary precautions and plan accordingly.

Kindly also note that power may be restored at any time during the scheduled period, and all electrical points should be treated as live.

City Power has indicated that this interruption is necessary to carry out essential maintenance aimed at improving service delivery.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.
