Johannesburg Water has confirmed that the reservoir outlet will be closed on Wednesday, 01 April 2026 from 06:00 to allow for repair work on a re-burst pipe on Lyndhurst Road. As a result, affected areas, including Melrose Arch, may experience low water pressure or no water supply during this period. At this stage, there is no estimated time of restoration (ETR).
