The taxi rank activation aims to create value through financial education and literacy, offering practical solutions to enhance banking behaviours and help people free up cash flow. There will be advisors onsite to engage with patrons, answer questions, and drive holistic banking and financial solutions from 12:00-17:00.

Every Friday and Saturday, we have Market stalls featuring a diverse range of goods, including delicious food, unique arts, and handmade crafts.

Spring Playground

Spring into fun with exciting activities for kids of all ages! From bouncing castles to face painting, there’s something for everyone.

Enjoy: Obstacle Courses, Jumping Castle, Giant Board Games, Toddler play area, Face painting, group activities and 4x Trampoline Bungees (Ages 5+, max 80kg)

Entry: R60 per hour or R120 unlimited play. Tickets available at the playground (The Piazza)

The Red bus Sightseeing

Hop onto the red bus, from Melrose Arch and explore the City of Gold, as she is affectionately known. With over 16 stops, and taking you to over 20 of Johannesburg's top attractions, the bus allows you to hop-on and hop-off at your leisure. Savanna Gold Apple activation

Urban Striker will run the Savanna Gold Apple Activation at Lower High Street (opposite La Parada) from 9 - 12 September 2025.

This PR activation will feature a 2m x 2m unbranded Golden Apple with a QR code. Customers can scan the code, submit their details, and learn more about the campaign. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw to win Savanna merchandise, subject to age verification.

Park and Ride Services

Park and Ride services available to the Corona Sunsets Festival at Casalinga in Muldersdrift. There will be 4 busses and will be located at 44 Melrose Boulevard.
Buses will depart at 11h00 and 14h00 and they will return at 22h00.

Daytona - Aston Martin Breakfast Run

Closed Event - Aston Martin will have a Breakfast Run this Saturday 13 September and will anticipate around 14 cars to arrive from 07:15 to depart at 08:00. We are anticipating 14 cars to arrive from 07h15 to depart at 08h00 and will return back to Melrose Arch after their breakfast in Pretoria.

Volt Strength Club (VSC) x CHOC (Childhood Cancer Awareness) Run

This Saturday, we run for hope. We run for impact.  In partnership with CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA, VSC and Melrose Arch are joining hands to support children and teens fighting cancer and life-threatening blood disorders.

Meet at The Grind from 06:30. Come and enjoy an energetic group run, starting at Melrose Arch, through Ethel Grey Park and end at Melrose Arch again.  There are different groups to choose from (3km/5km/8km/10km).
