[Melrose Arch Tenant] CHOC Cyclethon Event at The Piazza

[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenant

We'd like to notify you that the CHOC Cyclethon will be taking place at The Piazza, on Sunday, 7 September 2025, from 08h00 to 13h00.

The event will include 160 stationary watt bikes, running on an hourly schedule over 6 hours.

Tickets are R160 per person, with all proceeds going to the CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation to help raise awareness and support children battling cancer.

Setup: Saturday, 6 September 2025 from 06h00, via Whiteley Road loading bays.

Final preparations: Sunday, 7 September 2025 from 05h30

Takedown: Will commence at 13h30 immediately after the event on Sunday, 7 September

Road closure: Please note that Whitely Road will be access controlled from 05h30 to 18h00 on the day of the event.

We kindly ask all Piazza restaurants remain within their lease lines starting COB Friday, 5 September 2025.
