[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear tenant/ resident,

A white Mercedes-Benz has been parked in our basement for an extended period (see attached photographs).

Kindly note that if the vehicle is not removed by Friday, 05 September 2025, at 08:00, it will be towed to a privately owned holding facility.

All associated costs for storage and retrieval will be for the owner's account.

We strongly recommend that the owner arrange for the removal of the vehicle before the stated deadline to avoid unnecessary expenses.
