BLACK COFFEE FOUNDATION BENEFIT CONCERT BUILD UP NOTICE

Dear Valued Tenants and Residents,

Please be advised that Melrose Arch will be hosting the Africa Is Not a Jungle - Black Coffee Foundation Benefit Concert, featuring Black Coffee, on 29 November 2025, at the intersection of Melrose Boulevard and Whiteley Road inside the precinct.
The event will run from 12:00 noon to 12:00 midnight and we expect 3500 attendees.

Event structures are required and will need to be erected prior to the event. These structures will be installed in the main intersection and will impact traffic flow.
To facilitate the build-up, the following road closures will come into effect from 00:00 on 25 November 2025.


  *   Corlett Drive Entrance will be closed from 00:00 on 25 November until 12:00 on 01 December 2025. Tenants are encouraged to use alternative entrances, Whiteley Gate, Parking Entrance 4, and Athol Oaklands Entrance. Access to parking on P1, 3 and 4 will remains as per normal for all our visitors and customers.
  *   Melrose Boulevard (northbound lane) will be split into two lanes to allow traffic flow in both directions.
  *   Melrose Boulevard (southbound lane) will be closed from the Corlett gate up to the Parking 1 intersection.
  *   Whiteley Road will remain open to traffic until 00:00 on 28 November 2025, after which it will be closed.
  *   From 28 November, access control will be in place at Athol Oaklands Drive.

Impact on Surrounding Businesses
All parking bays along Melrose Boulevard - from the entrance gate to the Parking 1 intersection - will be inaccessible.

Event Timeline

  *   25 November 2025 (from 06:00): Build-up commences
  *   28 November 2025: Both lanes between Parking Entrance 1 and Whiteley Road closed
  *   28 November 2025: Whiteley Road closed and access controlled from Athol Oaklands Drive
  *   29 November 2025: Event day
  *   30 November 2025: Load-out
  *   01 December 2025 (12:00): All roads reopened to traffic

Security personnel will be stationed at key locations to direct pedestrians and assist with traffic control throughout this period.
