CHERRYPICKER (NOTED IN BLUE)

  1.  We will start with the repairs in area 1 noted on the drawing, then progress to Area 2 and then Area 3.
  2.  DURING AREA 1: Hotel Buses to be routed via Crescent Drive and to park before the booms on Oak Lane (no through road). Restaurant deliveries to be routed down the ramp at the back of Amdec house. Residents to be routed via Cresent Drive. The cherry picker can remain parked in the road over night. Hotel light vehicles can enter at Tigers Milk intersection but will need to reverse and uturn (no through road).
  3.  DURING AREA 2: Hotel Buses to be routed via Crescent Drive and to park at the porte cochere (no through road). Restaurant deliveries can utilize the normal drop off zone at the back of la P.... Residents to be routed via Cresent Drive. The cherry picker can remain parked in the road over night. Hotel light vehicles can enter at Tigers Milk intersection but will need to reverse and uturn (no through road).
  4.  DURING AREA 3: Hotel Buses and hotel guests can utilize the normal hotel route from Tiger's Milk intersection. Restaurant deliveries can utilize the normal drop off zone at the back of la P.... Residents to be routed via Cresent Drive. The cherry picker can remain parked in the road over night
  5.  We anticipate that we will be a week per area (3 weeks total). Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
  6.  Wayne to relocate the pots in High Street.

SCAFFOLDING IN COURTYARD (NOTED IN RED)

  1.  Work will proceed in the direction of the red arrow.
  2.  Norman, please drain the pool for safety purposes (maybe hire a dam sack to save the water).
  3.  We anticipate that we will be a week per area (2 weeks total). Working hours are Monday to Friday 0900-1700.
