[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear all,

Please note that we will be commencing the maintenance on the 11-03-2025 (Tuesday) - 12-03-2025 (Wednesday) on the following MV Switch Gear.

Kindly note that the following areas will be affected from 20H00 - 03H30 on the 11-03-2025 - 12-03-2025.

Main Substation:

Generators will be running (Entire Precinct)

Pie Centre A3 Substation:

Please note that the following areas and tenants will be affected during the Shutdown from 03H30 Till 06H00.

Fire Quip Jockey pump
DB next to Rodizio ( streetlights cameras)
Collette gate DB
Fire sprinkler pump
Fresh water GB pumps
Parking Office
High Str DB
Sure Ibex Travel
District cooling DB B
Gb Billboard DB
34 Melrose 1st Floor Synthesis
Security change room
District Cooling 2
New Ups Room
MTN Room B2

Please note that during this time, all electrical equipment, plug points and switches must be treated as live.

Please ensure that all data is backed up, that all servers are shut down or are in safe mode.

Should you have any UPS's or alternate sources of standby power, please ensure that the equipment is in working order.
