[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear Tenant,

Please be advised that the escalator descending from Middle Retail (Carrol Boyes) to Lower Retail (Woolworths Foods) will be out of service for repairs starting on March 6th. The steps will be removed during this period.

We estimate that the repairs will take around two weeks to complete, unless there are any unforeseen delays.

During this time, we encourage you to use the lifts or the ascending escalator, which will remain stationary during this time and used as steps.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
