[Melrose Arch Tenant]

Dear valued tenants and residents

Please note that Rand Water will be conducting planned maintenance on their pumping station at Zwartkoppies, from Monday, 30 June 2025 to Wednesday, 2 July 2025.

Once the maintenance has been completed, it will take a few days before the system reaches full capacity once again.

This will affect Melrose Arch, but additional arrangements have been made for an alternate supply of water, to be able to top up the storage tanks. However, the water pressure will be impacted due to tank levels, especially in bathroom and kitchen facilities across the Precinct.

Although there will be a supply of water to the Precinct, we encourage all residents, retailers and restaurants to reduce consumption, and consider purchasing a supply of standby water to use in the event of an emergency.

We apologise for the interruption and inconvenience caused, but appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this time.
