[Melrose Arch Tenant] UPDATE | Notice! Water leak & plumbing work

Dear valued tenants and residents,

Please note that the repair team was unfortunately unable to complete the required works earlier as planned.
As a result, work will continue this evening, 18 June 2025, in order to finalise the repairs.

The main water supply will again be turned off from 22:00 to allow the team to safely access the affected area and complete the remaining work. We anticipate that this will take approximately 3 hours, and we are aiming to restore full water supply by 01:00 on Thursday, 19 June 2025.
Back-up water supply will remain available to all hotel guests and residents during this time.

We apologise for the continued inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while we work to resolve the issue permanently.

Dear valued tenants and residents

Please note that there is a serious water leak on the precinct, and in order to attend to and rectify the issue, we will need to turn off the main water supply to the precinct.

After thorough investigation, it is not possible to isolate the repair without affecting the main water supply, and the water will be turned off from 10pm this evening. The broken pipe will be removed and replaced, a process that will take approximately 3 hours, due to the depth of the location, which is two metres underground.

During this time, hotel guests and residents will be able to use the back-up water supply, and we endeavour to restore the main water supply by 1am on Wednesday, 18 June 2025.

We apologise for the interruption and inconvenience caused, but appreciate your understanding during this time.
